Copenhagen, Denmark's capital, is not only one of the most popular tourist destinations, but also one of the most diverse cities in Scandinavia. To visit all important Copenhagen attractions it is recommended to schedule at least one whole day for sightseeing. Under no circumstances should visitors miss the Town Hall Square in the heart of the capital, which offers a magnificent view of Copenhagen and nearby castles Amalienborg and Rosenborg. On rainy days, guests can visit one of the many museums especially the Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek Museum at Dante Plads. A peaceful stroll along the harbour will lead to the world famous statue of the Little Mermaid. A boat tour around the harbour and canals of Copenhagen are also a must for an unforgettable stay.
Weather conditions are traditionally Scandinavian and a trip during the summer months is best when looking for warm weather and sunshine.
