The A380 will offer a new level of service, with First Class Suites including a touch screen to allow the passenger to control their surroundings from the comfort of their seat.Qantas First, Business & Economy ClassQantas offers First, Business and Economy classes on its international flights, with Premium Economy also offered on selected routes. Lounge access is available to First and Business Class passengers, in either Qantas or oneworld alliance airport lounges. First Class passengers may also use the Qantas First lounges at Sydney and Melbourne airports. First and Business Class passengers will be able to relax in chairs that recline to beds for sleeping. A complimentary meal and beverage service is offered in all classes, along with personal inflight entertainment systems.Qantas DomesticOn domestic flights, Qantas operate a Business and an Economy class. A complimentary food and drink service is available in both classes, along with comfortable seats. Business class passengers may relax in the airport lounge before the flight.Qantas Frequent FlyerQantas operates a frequent flyer programme to reward loyal customers. The airline has recently updated the programme to allow passengers to redeem points on any flight at any time, with flights at busy times requiring more points than flights during quiet periods. Membership is available at Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum levels, with a certain number of status credits required to maintain membership at the higher levels. Benefits of membership of the scheme include free flights, preferred seating and priority check in.Qantas Club LoungeQantas Club is a lounge service offered by Qantas. Membership can be purchased online or is complimentary with Gold and Platinum frequent flyer membership.
